I honestly hope I'm not the only person in the world who's ever burnt pre-packed microwave popcorn ('cause if I was I would be pretty embarrassed!!)

I mean, do you know how hard it is to make it? The instructions they gave was "microwave 1 to 5 minutes"....ONE to FIVE minutes?? I mean, which one is it? one or two or three minutes and 45 seconds? Why can't they give instructions specifically...like baking cakes? Please bake for 45 minutes on a 220 degrees fan-forced oven? I know microwaves come in different watts (or whatever it is) but why can't they standardize it..like..toasters?

Of course I feel so bad for over-microwaving the popcorn, I'm eating all of them - burnt, unpopcorns, popcorns...I'm guilt-stricken -and embarrassed- as well.

I love winter because it's cold but I hate it because all I want to do is eat..hence popping corn at this time of the night..I'm not even watching a movie!!!

Bloody cold season.....I wish I have some days off...I want to go snow-boarding!!
